How We Ship

Shawl Style partners with an organization to ship orders internationally, with the benefit of seeing product prices in your local currency, guaranteed order totals at checkout and no hidden fees. When you place an international order on Shawl Style, your transaction will be with Shawl Style, but your Manager Customer Service Representative will gladly assist you with your customer service needs. International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates will calculate and display the order total in your preferred currency, including shipping cost from our warehouse to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Certain countries will have the option to prepay duties and taxes at the time of checkout in which case a final order total will be provided before you submit your order. If the country is not available to prepay duties and taxes during checkout, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You will be liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the country requirements where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order. Shawl Style is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
