International Return Policy

International orders are final sale and may not be returned. Eligible items shipped to the EU are returnable for up to 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order (ineligible items include, but are not limited to, custom-made or personalized items.). You will be refunded for all payments made, less the direct costs of shipping and returning the item(s). Shawl Style reserves the right to charge you additional delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard (express) delivery. If your return is lost in transit on the way back to Shawl Style, then our company is not responsible for returning the refund.

Cancelling Your Order

Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is usually not possible for us to cancel all or any part of your order once it has been placed. Please contact your Shawl Style Customer Service Representative in English at shawl.style.zs@gmail.com if you have any questions.


Damaged Order or Wrong Item

International Shipping Restrictions

All international shipping restrictions will be noted on the product page or at checkout. The good news is that most items featured on Shawl Style are eligible for international shipping. There are some exceptions, of course, including voucher orders, oversized items, hazardous materials, and other items restricted from exporting.


My Order was Returned to Sender. What are my Next Steps?

In the instance that the carrier was unable to locate your address or was unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to the Shawl Style by your local carrier at their discretion. Please note some carriers may take up to 6 weeks to return the shipment back to. Once received our team will be notified and then your refund will be processed. Depending on your country, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for the undeliverable package to be returned for a refund.
